This error mainly because of Outdated drivers are installed on your Windows 7/8/8.1. And if you try to upgrade to Windows 10, drivers might not be compatible with Windows 10, That's the reason you are getting this error on final stage of the upgrade process.
How to fix this Windows 10 Upgrade Error 0x8007001F - 0x20006:
Step 1: Upgrade drivers
Windows 7/8/8.1:
Go to device manager -
If you find any drivers with yellow exclamation mark - select and update.
If not, just try to select one by one - right click - click update driver.
Step 2: Windows update
Go to control panel - Click on windows updates - click on search for updates.
If any updates there - select & install all the updates.
(This will also help to update the drivers, If any driver updates there, it will download & install).
Step 3: Download & Install Older Version of Windows 10 & Then Download & Install Latest Version of Windows 10 on it.

Why older version: There will less chance for driver compatibility issue.

Step 4: Run Setup File
After Extracting ISO using WinRAR
Run the Setup file & Install Windows 10 (1607).
Step 5: Download & Install Latest version of Windows 10
Finally, Download & Install Latest Version of Windows 10 from Microsoft.
